⚠️ Important Note — Why “underground” or “outside map bounds” fights don’t work
NPC combat AI only runs when a ped is on valid ground with collision and navmesh, within the world’s boundaries. If fighters are spawned under the map or outside the map limits , the engine treats them as falling/out-of-bounds, so tasks like TaskCombatPed never start or are canceled immediately.
